What is EPDM?

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is an extremely durable synthetic membrane that is mainly used on roofs. It has a long lifespan of over 35 years, providing the proper protection against water penetration through tiles or concrete on balconies.

For over 15 years we have been installing EPDM systems over balconies, making us specialist in this craft. Our method of installation is fully adhered, which consist of using special adhesive to bond the membrane to the balcony deck. Metal flashing is installed along the edge of the balcony to fully secure the covered area and prevent any wind driven rain from reaching the deck.
