All the roofing material manufactures we use offer warranties for their products. For example GAF offers lifetime warranty on their shingles, Boral Tile offers a warranty of 50 years,etc. Warranty length depends on manufacturer and material. Able’s construction Services, LLC offers 1-5 year warranties depending upon the project/repair.
New construction project typically take weeks to months depending on each phase of construction (foundation, framing, masonry, painting, A/C & heating, plumbing). In these projects we work with the superintendent and other trades to determine the best, most efficient way to get the roof completed with all necessary flashing. Re-roof projects only take a couple days depending on the size of the home and weather conditions.

This all depends on the type of material you choose to install on your roof. Shingles lifespan ranges from 20-40 years. Tile & Slate roofs last between 5o-100 years. Metal roofs 40-70 years. TPO roofs 20-30 years. All these roof types are affected by natural elements, in some areas roofs may last longer or shorter than their lifespan due to their exposure to rain, hail, heat, winds, nearby trees and leaves, etc.

Able’s Construction Services, LLC accepts checks and credit cards. For re-roofs down payments are required to begin project. On new construction project will be billed upon completion of each roofing phase.
