Door-pans (sills)

All our door-pans are measured out at the jobsite and then fabricated at our shop to perfectly fit. We only used stainless steel as it provides protection against rusting when compared to other metals. Having door-pans installed on exterior doors without a roof covering them is highly important. 

Window-cap

All our window cap flashing can be fabricated in almost every color to match your windows. Some windows already come with window cap flashing but others don’t it is important to double check to prevent water penetration later on. We highly advised using pre-finished metal window caps rather than galvanized as they provide better lifespan and are stronger than other materials. 

Roof flashings

All our roof related flashings are fabricated at our shop. From metal eaves, valleys, roof to walls, ridges, masonry, and all other custom flashings required. Giving you the guarantee that they will improve your roof performance. 

Chimney caps and decorations

If you’re looking to add a cap or decoration on your chimney we can get that done for you. We offer a variety of selections to match your tastes and you can choose from having it fabricated in copper or pre-finished metal. Some benefits of adding a chimney cap include reducing moisture, restriction to animal access and debris, and prevent sparks or embers from reaching roof surface.
